How to customize my meal plan

 

To review all of your The Fitness App meal plan customization options, follow these steps:

  1. On the Meals tab in the app, tap on the profile gear in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap on Meal Plan Settings. 
  3. There you'll see all the selected settings that you can change anytime for the following categories:
    • Calorie Plan - Weight Loss, Maintenance, or Muscle Gain
    • Banned Items - Recipes and Ingredients
    • Cooking for how many - Portions and how much meal plan you prefer
    • Which days of the week do you want to follow this meal plan
    • Which meals do you want to follow on this plan
    • The type of meal plan - omnivore, paleo/gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, 5-day Jumpstart,  Keto reset, 6 Keys, Quick and Easy, GLP-1 Nutrition.
    • Which day of the week do you want to grocery shop?
  4. Change any of the settings you like at any time! Make sure the checkmark is next to your selected preference(s) and tap Save in the upper right corner.
