How to generate a workout

 

To generate a custom workout based on time, intensity, and body part, follow these steps:

  1. On the Workouts tab of the app, tap on the Generator at the top next to For You and Browse.
  2. Choose the amount of time you have to exercise, the level (Easy, Medium, or Hard), and use the scroll menu to choose what type of workout - Abs, Arms, Chest and Back, Buns and Thighs, Cardio, Total Body, or Foam Roller Stretches.
  3. Tap Generate Workout.
